Flexographic printing machines, with independent cylinder configuration, designed for integration into other transformation lines, for medium and large print widths.

The "vPress" model is designed with independent motors on each printing cylinder, electronically synchronized, ensuring greater registration accuracy and a faster initial setup. (Full Gearless).

The geometry of our stack printing unit follows the concept of the "central drum" printing units, making it the most solid and reliable on the market.

The "vPress" is designed with sleeve change for the printing plates and anilox sleeve change in the machine with closed chamber doctor blade inking.

Drying is guaranteed by a soundproofed and insulated module that contains the fans and the heat source, which can be a gas burner, electric batteries, heat exchanger. In the module, there are also accommodations for the dampers for recirculation and possibly the LEL sensor. The management of volumes and temperatures of the air sent to the printing unit and to the final drying tunnel are managed and can be set from the HMI independently.
